Jim John Sylem, Physiotherapist
After graduating with his Masters of Physiotherapy in 2007, Jim had the opportunity to enhance his physiotherapy expertise working with clients with movement problems caused due to musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Jim’s international experience included a Hospital/Research Centre and an Outpatient Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Centre, both in Kerala, India. He has extensive expertise rehabilitating clients with hemiplegia and other neurological problems.
Jim has also been involved in teaching, supervising and evaluating the clinical knowledge and performance of student physiotherapists in clinical settings. He is committed to the prevention of injury and has participated in the development of health promotion programs for the community.
Jim immigrated to Canada in 2016 where he has been able to share his international experience and improve the mobility of clients experiencing pain and movement problems due to musculoskeletal injuries. Jim is committed to working with each client and improving their quality of life.
In his spare time Jim enjoys reading.
Jim is proficient in speaking English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
