Candis Roberts, Office Administration
Candis Roberts attended the University of Alberta and has participated in numerous training courses and seminars, specializing in internal and external customer relations.
Candis is client-focused and outcome driven. Her top quality client service skills, authentic dedication to, and strong business acumen for the service industry and its clients, are a direct result of having served in leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Having held management roles in administration, food & beverage and sales, Candis brings valuable insight and a cultured understanding of a company’s goals and its people. Most recently, she served as Director of Food Services with Aramark at MacEwan University. Prior to, she led her team in Aramark’s Refreshment Division to achieve 1st place in one of six categories recognized by the company. While serving as General Manager for the Sandman Hotel Group, Candis and her team achieved the AHLA’s Employer of Choice Award. Before joining Sandman Hotel Group, Candis served as Director of Operations for the 300 room full service Coast Edmonton House Hotel.
Passionate about people, she is a great motivator. Her personal goal is to make each day one to take pride in, everyone enjoying their position to its fullest. Hands on, Candis cares about employee success, taking time to understand each and every role to ensure her leadership is effective and real. To help others reach their very best and achieve success is the foundation she believes will build strong client relations and business growth. “If people know they are important and have a purpose, they will perform incredibly.”
Candis enjoys team sports; volleyball and curling, and participates in organized recreational sports during the winter.n.
